Ivyware takes great care in protecting your privacy, we honor the trust you have put in us.  Other than emails and web site logs no personal information is collected.  Ivyware WILL NOT sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personal information collected at our site.  Chartboard extensively serializes settings for your charts and data for retention of state.  This information is solely contained within the proprietary Chartboard data structures.  However, such information may be manually shared between Chartboard sites via email attachments etc independently of Ivyware.
