Bug Reports
When e-mailing support requests be sure to consider the following:
- The name of the download file in which the bug was encountered.
- Windows version on which the bug was identified (i.e. Windows 10, 11 etc).
- Crisp description of the problem.
- Steps to reproduce the problem, if possible.
- Report the event associated with the bug if possible.
- Python advisor or scanner scripts may be supplied as part of the report.
