Bug Reports

When e-mailing support requests be sure to consider the  following:

  • The name of the download file in which the bug was encountered.
  • Windows version on which the bug was identified (i.e. Windows 10, 11 etc).
  • Crisp description of the problem.
  • Steps to reproduce the problem, if possible.
  • Report the event associated with the bug if possible.
  • Python advisor or scanner scripts may be supplied as part of the report.
